Easter Recycling and Waste Collections

Householders in Shropshire are being reminded that their recycling and waste will be collected a day later following Easter Bank Holiday Monday – for this week only. Good Friday 15th April, collections will be collected as normal.

Collections due to be made from Monday 18th April 2022 will be made a day later than normal. For example, collections that would normally be made on Monday 18th April will instead be made on Tuesday 19th April continuing like this throughout the week with collections that would normally be made on Friday 22nd April will be made on Saturday 23rd April. Collections will return to normal on Monday 25th April.

Any residents unsure about which day they should put out their recycling or waste, or wanting more information about how to recycle, are asked to check their collection calendar or visit https://shropshire.gov.uk/recycling-and-rubbish/
