Householders in Shropshire are being reminded that their recycling and waste will be collected a day later following August Bank Holiday Monday – for this week only.
Collections due to be made from Monday 31st August 2020 will be made a day later than normal. For example, collections that would normally be made on Monday 31st August will instead be made on Tuesday 1st September continuing like this throughout the week with collections that would normally be made on Friday 4th September will be made on Saturday 5th September. Collections will return to normal on Monday 7th September.
Any residents unsure about which day they should put out their recycling or waste, or wanting more information about how to recycle, are asked to check their collection calendar or visit https://shropshire.gov.uk/recycling-and-rubbish/
