Early May Day Bank Holiday Recycling and Waste Collection Day Change

Householders in Shropshire are being reminded that their recycling and waste will be collected a day later following Early May Day Bank Holiday Monday – for this week only. 

Collections due to be made from Monday 2nd May 2022 will be made a day later than normal. For example, collections that would normally be made on Monday 2nd May will instead be made on Tuesday 3rd May continuing like this throughout the week with collections that would normally be made on Friday 6th May will be made on Saturday 7th May. Collections will return to normal on Monday 9th May.
